- Create your return label via the GLS returns portal. Please enter your invoice number as the reference.
- You’ll receive a QR code or have the option to print the label yourself.
- Include the completed return form in the package.
- Drop off the parcel at a GLS shop and show the QR code. GLS will print the label for you – postage is already paid.
- Please keep the GLS drop-off receipt until you’ve received your refund!
Returns & exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send it back to us within 30 days of receipt and include the enclosed return form in the package. Need more time to decide? No problem! We’re happy to extend your return or exchange window. Just get in touch with us.
From outside Germany
Returns from outside Germany must be sent at your own expense.
Please do not send unstamped packages, as we will need to charge you for any additional postage costs.

Jacket too small or prefer a different color?
No problem – just order the new version you want. You can wait to return the first jacket until the new one has arrived. This way, you can compare both directly and take your time to decide which one suits you better – and ideally only have to return one.

Zipper stuck, a snap button came off, or something’s just not right with your jacket?
No worries – just send us a message at info@mamalila.de, ideally with your order or invoice number and a few photos.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and figure out together how to fix it.
