Right of withdrawal

If you do not wish to keep the goods you have ordered, you can return them in accordance with our return policy - at  https://mamalila.de/en/good-to-know/returns/  you will find instructions on how to do this. 

By returning the goods, you automatically cancel your purchase; you do not need to notify us separately by email. It is important that the goods are undamaged, unworn, and unsoiled.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to us or

to be returned or handed over. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. We bear the costs of returning the goods as long as the goods are returned within Germany. Please create a return slip for your free return at https://www.mamalila.de/retoure. Returns from abroad should be sent back to us postage paid. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
