A flattering fit only mamalila can do
What makes this coat special? Easy — it’s the most flattering babywearing coat you’ll ever see. The mid-knee length elongates your silhouette, and the waistline adjusts individually to your shape or your preferences. It’s a great-looking coat — but we didn’t forget about function: we added a two-way zipper for more freedom to move, along with covered flap pockets, a front zipper with button placket, and a clean collar that gives it a polished, elegant look. Adjustable cuffs let you fine-tune the fit just the way you like it.
Thoughtful babywearing features
The ergonomic, pre-shaped baby insert adjusts to your baby’s size from birth up to 24 months. It includes a foldable hood that doubles as a headrest when your little one naps, attaching neatly to the jacket for extra support. For back carrying, simply remove your own hood to give your baby a clear view and fresh air, then zip the baby insert into the invisible zipper at the back of your jacket.
Sustainable, inside and out
Our most sustainable jacket yet: made from 100% OCS 100-certified organic cotton on the inside, and 100% recycled polyester on the outside with an FC-free finish (Bionic Finish Eco®). Produced in a BSCI- and GOTS-certified facility and free from PFAS, this coat protects you and your baby with minimal impact on the planet.

Gerade in der wechselhaften übergangszeit, bis in den Sommer ein genialer Mantel. Was ich besonders in der Schwangerschaft geliebt habe, ist die Verstellmöglichkeit in der Taille - dann sieht man nicht ganz so rund aus ;)
Und das Beste ist, man schwitzt nicht darin! Ich hatte mir (leider) auch ein günstigeres Produkt einer anderen Marke gekauft, das diesbezüglich eher einer Plastiktüte gleicht.
Ich habe den Mantel jetzt seit einem Jahr und erst über die Zeit viel mir auf, wie unheimlich durchdacht alles ist. Das Baby ist immer super geschützt, vor allem wenn es windig ist bleibt die Babykapuze durch die Bänder zum anknöpfen da wo sie sein soll. Das kenne ich von keiner anderen Jacke. Und mit dem 2-Wege-Reißverschluss kann man damit sogar super Fahrradfahren (da ziehe ich ihn gerne an, weil er eben winddicht ist)

Super Windbreaker
Schöne Jacke für gutes Wetter. Hält bei Übergangswetter warm und schützt bei Wind. Als Regenjacke aber leider völlig unbrauchbar. Nach 2 Minuten sind die Ärmel durchweicht und nach 10 Minuten ist das Baby nass (selbst mit drei Lagen Tragetuch!). Daher für mich ein sehr teurer Fehlkauf =(

Love it
Great jacket, very light, beautiful colour, really is water and wind resistant. I use it also in the winter with a hoodie and an other mamalila jacket underneath. Great shape also without baby ;)

Schicker, funktionaler Tragemantel
Bei diesem Mantel wurde an alles gedacht:
Tiefe Taschen, verstellbare ärmelweite, abnehmbare Kapuze und perfekt passende Schwangerschafts- und Traglingseinsätze für vorne und hinten.
Auch ohne Tragling ist man damit schick unterwegs!
- Outer fabric: 100% polyester made from recycled PET bottles + PU membrane (PTFE-free), 10,000 mm water column
- Lining body: 100% organic cotton (OCS100)
- Lining sleeves: 100% recycled polyester
- Waterproofing FC free (Bionic Finish Eco)
- 30 degrees in the washing machine / delicate wash cycle
- No fabric softener (damages the membrane)
- Iron carefully after washing, avoiding seams and zippers (maintains the water-repellent property)
After about four to five washes it may be advisable to re-impregnate, please use FC-free agents such as Nikwax.
